Gallery Guidelines How do I obtain a Members Gallery Page: Members are welcome and
encouraged to upload images to the Members Gallery. Once your Gallery request
has been activated, an Album will automatically be created. Each Member is currently
allocated a total Gallery size space of 4mb.

Submissions Image Sizing: Submitted images are
to be no larger than 700 pixels on their longest side (landscape and
portrait). It is recommended that you include a watermark,
or your name, on each image to help protect your images on the web.
Also include metadata in the image itself where possible. Copyright: You must be the copyright holder (as
well as being the photographer) of any images you submit Acceptable Images: You must use your discretion about the subject matter of your images. We do not want to offend, however the Gallery Administrator reserves the right to exclude any images considered to be unacceptable. Portrait/People: Members are reminded that they must hold a model release or appropriate permission for any Portrait/People images submitted to the Gallery. Frequency of Submissions to Gallery: Members are able to upload and change images as often as they wish on their Members Gallery page, and the total number of images will only be limited by the total gallery size limit of 4mb per member. Need Help uploading images to your Gallery? The Members Gallery pages are fairly simple to use and by clicking on the different links you will find the available functionality. If you do need some assistance or tips and hints in using the Members Gallery, please speak to one of the Club members who are already using the Gallery site and they may be able to provide the help you need. *Please note: Only images that are suitable for general viewing can be uploaded for inclusion in the Gallery. The final decision of suitability of images will be decided upon the appropriate members of the Club committee if required. Legal Disclaimer This website has been established to provide information of interest to Club Members, to Club Stakeholders, and to the general public. The Club accepts no legal responsibility for the accuracy or validity of any information or images published.
