Noel Clark Excellence Award >
Noel Clark EFIAP FAPS PPSA PSQA was a passionate photographer, a successful International exhibitor and respected judge. He was generous with his time in helping others and a strong leader within the club throughout the years.
Noel was a member of the club from February 2008 until November 2019, when he passed away suddenly of a heart attack. Noel was known for his sense of humour, cheeky grin and working tirelessly to help members flourish in their photography. Noel gained great satisfaction seeing club members progress & succeed and rejoiced when they did.

The Noel Clark Excellence Award recognises a member who has actively pursued their passion in photography to improve, progress and succeed. This award may also be used to recognise a member who has contributed to others through club activities.

Paul Balfe
Paul is well-known for his exceptional photography and his love of creating beautiful prints. He is always actively engaged in his photography and regularly submits into the club image critiques, as well as creating stunning photo books and calendars.

Paul attends club outings and events on a regular basis and has been actively involved in all of our club projects including this year's yacht club project. He led the Redlands photography team at the St Helena Cup race and is known for encouraging and supporting club members in their photographic pursuits and photographic honour distinctions.

Paul coordinated the 2022 Redlands Camera Club River City Interclub entry. Not only did he collect members' images, he also very generously printed and matted many of the members' prints at no cost to them.
As the Australian Photographic Society Photo book competition coordinator, Paul encouraged and coordinated Redlands Camera Club members to enter the competition with their photo books. Congratulations Paul.

Dianne Arthur Memorial Award >
Di Arthur had a love and passion for photography in her younger years, then came children and family and other commitments. Later in life Di's passion was rekindled when she joined the Redlands Camera club, she loved photography and had a great passion at a later age in life to improve and grow in it. Di passed away suddenly, but is dearly remembered by all of the many friends within the club for her photography passion, laughter and zest for life.
The woman receiving the Di Arthur award exemplifies a woman with an active passion for photography, improvement and growth to achieve their best.

Margaret Duncan
This statement above personifies Margaret to a tee. We've seen Margaret fully immerse herself into the club image critique topics all year with significant success. This success is not accidental - it has come about through Margaret's tenacity and desire to learn. Margaret is active both within the club, regularly participating in club activities and outside of the club also. She's a friend to many and her passion for photography and learning really shines through. Congratulations Margaret.

Allen Forbes Trophy >
This trophy was designed to recognise the faithfulness of a person in their photographic life, support for other events of the club and assisting others where possible. The Allen Forbes trophy recognises service to the club over a period of time.

Ian Hutton
Ian is dedicated to his photography and actively participates and assists in many club activities and events. He has created both a Photobook and a calendar this year, and regularly submits prints to the club Image Critiques.
Ian was involved in the container project last year and has continued to be involved in the yacht club project in 2022. Ian was a huge help in setting up our print exhibition at the Redland Museum; his participation has been invaluable. Ian, congratulations.

Barrie Russell Memorial Award > Retired
Barrie was an original member of the club, a born photographer and successful exhibitor. He was also a talented sail maker and well known in yachting circles.
During his membership of the club, he helped those who were new to photography as well as more experienced members who sought his help.

He died from a heart attack at an early age and this trophy commemorates his memory and club contributions. The taller sections of the trophy represent the sails and the camera, his photography.
The award was established to recognise the contribution of one member during the year to club activities. It has also been used to recognise the commitment and advancement of skills by members, particularly those who are newer members of the club.
